DEVASTATING: 30 Christians SUMMARILY EXECUTED

10Dec2025

ISIS-affiliated terrorists are waging violent global jihad to wipe out followers of Jesus. It is devastation in Mozambique, Nigeria, and the Congo (DRC).

Just days ago in the Congo, Islamic terrorists murdered 20 innocents – attacking a Christian clinic, massacring patients, and kidnapping newborns. In Mozambique, 30 Christians were recently beheaded. In Nigeria, 15 Christians were slaughtered; pastors were kidnapped or killed.

A local pastor shared: "What is most tragic . . . is the way they kill, they slit civilians' throats, decapitate them – it's horrific. Here they killed mothers as they were breastfeeding their babies."

Islamic persecution of Christians is an epidemic – they WILL wipe out Christians in the region if we don't act.

It's our sacred duty to act. We're sending legal letters and working directly at the U.N., urging world leaders to defend Christians. And I recently returned from D.C., where I met at the White House and hosted high-level meetings, including with the Speaker of the House, in our legal effort to end the persecution of Christians.

Our efforts to defend Christians from persecution and death require immense resources.

U.S. Military launches strike that takes down top enemy leader

The United States Military is back to being a feared fighting force under Trump. America’s enemies are shaking in their boots.

And the U.S. Military launched a strike that took down a top enemy leader.

U.S. Raid in Syria Targets Senior Islamic State Leader

In the early hours of Wednesday, U.S. military forces launched a daring raid in northwestern Syria, neutralizing a prominent Islamic State operative, a U.S. official confirmed to Reuters. The operation, carried out in the town of Atmeh in Idlib province, was the second U.S. military action in northern Syria since the fall of former President Bashar al-Assad in December.

The target, identified by the U.S. official as a high-ranking Islamic State member and a potential leader of the group’s Syrian branch, was k*lled during the mission.

Sources noted that the raid began around 2 a.m. 1100 GMT), with U.S. troops supported by helicopters and drones providing aerial cover.

Local Syrian forces secured the area, allowing American personnel to execute the strike, according to Syrian security source.

Chaos and Confrontation

Syria’s state-run Al-Ikhbariya and a Syrian security source reported that the target, an Iraqi national married to a French woman, died while attempting to escape.

The fate of his wife remains unknown. The U.S. official assured that no American troops were injured in the operation.

A local resident, Abdelqader al-Sheikh, described the tense atmosphere during the raid. Up late with his son, he heard a commotion in the adjacent yard.

“I called out, ‘Who are you?’ and they started speaking to me in English, telling me to put my hands up,” Sheikh said to Reuters.

He observed armed forces positioned on nearby rooftops for two hours and overheard Arabic spoken with an Iraqi accent.

The raid aligns with the ongoing mission of the U.S.-led coalition and Syria’s new Islamist-led government, which has vowed to prevent the Islamic State from regaining strength.

This administration, now part of an anti-ISIS alliance, continues to collaborate with other forces to dismantle the group’s presence.

ISIS soldiers behead Christians in Mozambique, burning church and homes: 'Silent genocide'

Islamic State affiliates burning churches, beheading Christians in Africa's Mozambique, Congo

Former US diplomat sounds alarm on ISIS fighters beheading Christians in Africa: 'Silent genocide'

International observers are reporting that ISIS-aligned soldiers are beheading Christians and burning churches and homes in central and southern Africa – with some of the most brutal attacks happening in the nation of Mozambique.

The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) – a counter-terrorism research nonprofit based in Washington, D.C. – is sounding that alarm about what it describes as a "silent genocide" taking place against Christians.

The Islamic State Mozambique Province (ISMP) recently released 20 photos boasting of four attacks on "Christian villages" in the Chiure district, in Mozambique's northern Cabo Delgado province, according to MEMRI.

MEMRI said the photos show ISIS operatives raiding villages and burning a church and homes. The images also allegedlydepict the beheadings of a member of what the jihadists consider "infidel militias" and two Christian civilians. Rampaging jihadist groups celebrated the killings. Photos also showed the corpses of several members of those so-called "infidel militias," according to the institute's analysis.

"What we see in Africa today is a kind of silent genocide or silent, brutal, savage war that is occurring in the shadows and all too often ignored by the international community," MEMRI Vice President Alberto Miguel Fernandez told Fox News Digital.

"That jihadist groups are in a position to take over not one, not two, but several countries in Africa – take over the whole country or most of several countries – is dangerous," Fernandez, a former U.S. diplomat, said. "It's very dangerous for the national security of the United States let alone the security of the poor people who are there – Christians or Muslims or whoever they are."

The Islamic State Central Africa Province (ISCAP) also recently released several photos of their own documenting a July 27 attack against the Christian village of Komanda in the Democratic Republic of the Congo's Ituri province. Islamic State-affiliated soldiers opened fire at a Catholic Church and set fire to homes, stores, vehicles and possessions. At least 45 people were killed, according to MEMRI. The photos show burning facilities and the corpses of Christians.

Fernandez explained to Fox News Digital that the goal of these jihadist groups is "eliminating Christian communities," as they push down from safe havens and Muslims are "given a choice: ‘either join us or you too will face killing and annihilation.’"

"Christians, of course, are not going to be asked to join," Fernandez told Fox News Digital. "Christians are going to be targeted and destroyed."

The United Nations migration agency said Monday that attacks by insurgents in Mozambique's northern Cabo Delgado province displaced more than 46,000 people in the span of eight days last month.

The International Organization for Migration said nearly 60% of those forced from their homes were children.

In a separate report, the U.N.'s humanitarian office said the wave of attacks between July 20 and July 28 across three districts in Cabo Delgado caused the surge in displacements.

While the United Nations references attacks, its reporting has not detailed deaths or specified the targets. At least nine Christians in the Cabo Delgado province were reportedly killed in separate attacks by Islamic insurgents during that timeframe.

"I'm no fan of the United Nations in general, but I think what they're doing is kind of the lowest common denominator," Fernandez told Fox News Digital. "It's kind of easy to be vague like that. The fact that some of this and some of the worst of it is happening because of a deep anti-Christian animus, hatred of Christians, religiously-based hatred of Christians is something that the UN usually doesn't like to talk about."

Fighters from Islamic State Mozambique allegedly captured and beheaded six Christians in the village of Natocua in the Ancuabe district of Mozambique's Cabo Delgado Province on July 22, according to MEMRI.

Barnabas Aid, an international Christian charity, pointed to reporting by the Terrorism Research & Analysis Consortium claiming another three Christians were slaughtered in the Chiure district in attacks on July 24 and 25.

The southern African nation has been fighting an insurgency by Islamic State-affiliated militants in the north for at least eight years. Rwandan soldiers have been deployed to help Mozambique fight them.

The jihadist groups have been accused of beheading villagers and kidnapping children to be used as laborers or child soldiers. The U.N. estimates that the violence, and the impact of drought and several cyclones in recent years, has led to the displacement of more than 1 million people in northern Mozambique.

Fernandez said that he feels the Trump administration "has refreshingly been tough and strong when it comes to jihadist terrorism" – but what's happening in Africa typically does not receive as much attention compared to the Middle East. He pointed to how Trump's intervention in the U.S. brokering a ceasefire deal between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo helps offset jihadist groups that take advantage of security vacuums and ungoverned spaces to expand control.

Fernandez also warned about the threat of jihadist ideology. After the Islamic State was "very strongly defeated" in the Middle East during Trump's first administration, he said branches are now looking to weaker territories to expand their influence.

"It's kind of like a whack-a-mole situation," Fernandez said, explaining that the Islamic State not long ago controlled a pseudo-state the size of the United Kingdom between Syria and Iraq. "What we need to see is them to be utterly defeated in Africa, so people will say, people on the sidelines or people on defense will say, ‘Well obviously these people did not have the mandate of Allah, the mandate God, they were losers, they lost.' That's what we need."

Doctors Without Borders said it has launched an emergency response to help thousands of recently displaced people who now live in camps in Chiure district.

Cabo Delgado has large offshore natural gas reserves, and the insurgency caused the suspension of a $20 billion extraction project by French company TotalEnergies in 2021.

Meanwhile, the Congolese army said last month that attacks in the village of Komanda in the conflict-battered region were carried out by the Allied Democratic Force, which is backed by the Islamic State. The group has mostly targeted villagers in eastern Congo and across the border in Uganda. ADF leaders pledged allegiance in 2019 to the Islamic State and have sought to establish an Islamic caliphate in Uganda.

Islamic Massacre: At Least 43 Catholics Slaughtered in Church Attack in DRC
July 29, 2025

Komanda, Ituri Province, Democratic Republic of Congo — In yet another act of Islamic brutality that has become tragically familiar in Central Africa, Muslims from the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) stormed a Catholic church in northeastern Congo on the night of Saturday, July 26. The ADF, a jihadist group pledged to the Islamic State (ISIS), left a trail of death, devastation, and terror.

The Bienheureuse (Blessed) Anuarite Parish in Komanda, a town located 75 kilometers south of Bunia, was the target of this coordinated Islamist attack. The ADF, composed initially of Ugandan rebels and now an official affiliate of ISIS, unleashed gunfire on a church gathering of the Eucharistic Crusade, a Catholic youth movement. The result: at least 43 people killed, most of them young worshippers.

“Before our eyes, we have at least 31 dead members of the Eucharistic Crusade movement, with six seriously injured. Some young people have been kidnapped — we have no news of them,” said Father Aimé Lokana Dhego, the parish priest, in a statement to AFP.

Hours later, seven additional bodies were discovered in the surrounding area. According to Dieudonné Katanabo, head of the Umoja neighborhood where the church is located, “Last night around 9 p.m. (7 p.m. GMT), we heard gunshots near the parish. So far, we have seen 35 bodies.”

Christophe Munyanderu, coordinator of the Convention for the Respect of Human Rights (CNCDH), attributed the massacre to ADF rebels and gave a provisional death toll of 38. A United Nations report released early Monday morning confirmed the number of dead had risen to 43.
Islam Once Again Behind the Slaughter

This was no random act of violence. It was yet another explicitly Islamic attack on Christians, carried out in the name of jihad by a group that proudly flies the Islamic State flag. The ADF has long targeted churches, Christian villages, and schools, leaving a trail of mutilated bodies, abducted children, and mass graves across the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda.

Despite joint military operations by the Congolese Armed Forces (FARDC) and the Ugandan People’s Defence Force (UPDF), the ADF continues its campaign of Islamic terror. Lieutenant Jules Ngongo, spokesman for the Congolese army in Ituri province, confirmed the attack and stated: “The enemy would be identified among the ADF.”
Targeting the Young and Defenseless

The victims of Saturday’s attack were primarily children and teenagers, gathered peacefully for worship under the guidance of their parish. The Eucharistic Crusade is a Catholic youth movement centered on service, prayer, and moral formation — and it was specifically targeted for extermination.

“These were young Catholics, massacred in cold blood. This wasn’t just an attack on a building. It was an assault on a generation,” said one church volunteer who helped recover the bodies.

Several young people were kidnapped, and as of this writing, their fate remains unknown.

Calm Shattered, Fear Reignited

The atrocity shattered a rare period of calm in northeastern DRC, where ADF activity had recently declined following aggressive military operations. Locals had hoped the worst was behind them — but Saturday night’s massacre proved otherwise.

“We thought peace was returning. We were wrong,” said Katanabo. “Islamist killers came for our children while they were in church.”

The ADF has murdered thousands of civilians in the region over the past decade — through mass shootings, machete attacks, and abductions. Their allegiance to ISIS has escalated both their brutality and coordination, often targeting Christians with genocidal intent.

Silence from the World

The massacre of dozens of innocent Catholics has, so far, received little international condemnation. Despite the Islamic State’s fingerprints being all over the attack, Western governments and human rights organizations have largely avoided identifying the Islamic ideology driving these crimes.

As families in Komanda bury their dead and search for the missing, one question echoes through the bloodstained pews of Blessed Anuarite Church:

How many more Christians must be slaughtered before the world speaks the truth about Islamic terror in Africa and across the world?

KOMANDA, Congo (LifeSiteNews) — More than 43 civilians, including nine children, were killed after Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) terrorists, who are affiliated with ISIS, attacked the Catholic Parish of Blessed Anuarite during a prayer vigil early Sunday morning.

During the early hours of July 27, as many Congolese faithful were gathered in the church for an all-night prayer vigil, ADF terrorists stormed the parish and brutally slaughtered dozens of congregants with machetes before burning parts of the church as well as the victims’ bodies while kidnapping others, per a United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) report. The terrorists also looted and burned several nearby homes and businesses.

“These targeted attacks against (defenseless) civilians, particularly in places of worship, are not only appalling but also in violation of all human rights standards and international humanitarian law,” Deputy MONUSCO chief Vivian van de Perre said in response to the attack.

Pope Leo XIV expressed his “deep sorrow” for the devastating attack on the church in a July 28 telegram to Archbishop Samuel Stephen Kaziimba Mugalu, president of the Congolese Bishops’ Conference, written by Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolin on the pontiff’s behalf.

“His Holiness Pope Leo XIV learned with dismay and deep sorrow of the attack perpetrated against the Parish of Blessed Anuarite in Komanda, which caused the death of several faithful gathered for worship,” the telegram read.

— Michael Haynes 🇻🇦 (@MLJHaynes) July 28, 2025

“May the blood of these martyrs become a seed of peace, reconciliation, fraternity, and love for the Congolese people,” the statement continued.

The Allied Democratic Forces are a radical Islamist terrorist group that formed in Uganda in the 1990s with the goal of overthrowing the Ugandan government and replacing it with an Islamic one based on Sharia Law. The ADF has since expanded its attacks into the Congo and became affiliated with ISIS in 2019.

Indeed, Sunday’s attack is not the Islamist group’s first atrocious attack on civilians this year. In February, the ADF attacked the Congolese village of Maiba, taking about 100 civilians hostage. A few days later, more than 70 bodies, including many belonging to women, children, and the elderly, were discovered in a Protestant church.

A recent Global Christian Relief Red List (GRC) report stated that the DRC is the second “deadliest country for Christians” behind only Nigeria. The report emphasized that “390 Christians were recorded as killed” during the reporting period from November 2022 to 2024 and specifically singled out “Islamic militant groups like the Allied Democratic Forces” as the “main killers.”

Fmr. Nat’l Guard member charged for planning mass shooting at US military base for ISIS

The U.S. Department of Justice announced that a former member of the Michigan Army National Guard was arrested on Tuesday and charged for attempting to execute a plan on behalf of the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) to “conduct a mass-shooting” at a U.S. military base in Warren, Michigan.

Fmr. Nat’l Guard member charged for planning mass shooting at US military base for ISIS The U.S. In a Wednesday press release, the Justice Department said that 19-year-old Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said has been charged with “attempting to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization and distributing information related to a destructive device.” “This defendant is charged with planning a deadly attack on a U.S. military base here at home for ISIS,”

Sue J. Bai, the head of the Justice Department’s National Security Division, said. “Thanks to the tireless efforts of law enforcement, we foiled the attack before lives were lost. We will not hesitate to bring the full force of the Department to find and prosecute those who seek to harm our men and women in the military and to protect all Americans.” Citing a criminal complaint against Said, the Justice Department said the former Michigan Army National Guard member told two undercover law enforcement officials about a plan he had developed to carry out a mass shooting at the U.S. Army’s Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command (TACOM) facility at the Detroit Arsenal, which is located in Warren, Michigan. READ MORE: Video: US airstrikes against ISIS terrorists revealed in new footage shared by Trump The Justice Department explained that the two undercover law enforcement officials indicated in April that they were going to “carry out Said’s plan at the direction of ISIS.”

The Justice Department noted that Said “provided material assistance to the attack plan, including providing armor-piercing ammunition and magazines for the attack, flying his drone over TACOM to conduct operational reconnaissance, training the undercover employees on firearms and the construction of Molotov cocktails for use during the attack, and planning numerous details of the attack including how to enter TACOM and which building to target.” According to Wednesday’s press release, Said was arrested on May 13, which was the day he had planned for the attack against the U.S. military base, after traveling to a location near TACOM and launching a drone in support of the “attack plan.”

The Justice Department said that Said could face up to 20 years in prison for each of the charges brought against him if he is convicted. In Wednesday’s press release, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Counterterrorism Division Assistant Director Donald M. Holstead commended the FBI and its partner agencies for disrupting Said’s alleged attempt to “carry out an attack on a military facility in support of ISIS.” Holstead emphasized that the FBI remains “steadfast” in its effort to prevent “terrorist plans” targeted against the United States and its overseas interests.

Terror from Within: Michigan National Guardsman Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said Plotted Islamic Jihad Attack on Warren Military Base
Amy Mek
May 15, 2025
A terrifying plot has just been exposed, revealing how Islamic extremism has infiltrated the U.S. military itself. Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said, a 19-year-old from Melvindale, Michigan, who served in the Michigan Army National Guard, was arrested on May 13, 2025, while preparing to launch a mass Islamic terror attack against the U.S. Army’s Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command (TACOM) facility in Warren, Michigan. His method? A coordinated Molotov cocktail and firearm assault, not just a mass shooting, but a full-scale Islamic jihad attack on behalf of ISIS.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WS7X9CdEOGs&embeds_referring_euri=https://rairfoundation.com/

Planned and Calculated: Inside the Jihadist Attack Plan

This was not a random act of violence. This was a meticulously planned Islamic terror attack orchestrated with chilling precision. According to the criminal complaint:

Islam and Jihad: Said repeatedly expressed a desire for martyrdom and took a pledge of loyalty (bayah) to ISIS. In a recorded meeting, he declared: “I want to go for jihad.” “Martyrdom is the goal, it’s either victory or martyrdom.” He openly discussed the concept of violent jihad, indicating his willingness to either join ISIS abroad or carry out an attack within the United States. He admitted that he joined the military specifically to acquire combat skills to use in jihad.

ISIS and Terrorism: The criminal complaint states that Said attempted to provide material support and resources to ISIS, a designated foreign terrorist organization (FTO). He expressed admiration for ISIS-controlled regions, claiming that they were models of Islamic governance. Said praised ISIS brutality as necessary for enforcing Sharia law and explicitly stated that his attack was in allegiance to ISIS and their ideological goals. Initially, he doubted ISIS’s authenticity but later believed they represented true Islam. He asserted that ISIS fighters were helping people and maintaining security when they controlled parts of Iraq and Syria.

Countries and Regions Involved: Syria and Iraq: Said referred to ISIS’s control over Mosul and parts of Syria as positive, contrasting it with Western portrayals of brutality. He expressed interest in traveling to Syria for jihad and mentioned Damascus after it fell to Syrian rebel forces. Palestine: During a recorded conversation, Said suggested that UCE-2 should mention Gaza and Palestine in a planned video during the attack to justify the attack as resistance. Sudan: Said mentioned considering traveling to Sudan to fight for the cause. United States (Michigan): Said planned the attack on the U.S. Army’s TACOM facility in Warren, Michigan. He planned to disguise as a soldier to infiltrate the facility.

Islamic Terminology and Concepts: Dawlah: Used by Said to refer to ISIS as the Islamic State. Nasheed: Said searched for “ISIS Nasheeds”, Islamic chants used for jihadist propaganda. Sham: Said referenced Sham (Levant) as the destined region for jihad, based on a dream. Bayah: Pledge of loyalty to the ISIS Caliphate. Dunya: Said expressed disdain for the earthly world (Dunya), emphasizing his focus on jihad and martyrdom. Kuffar: Said used the term to describe non-believers (infidels), stating that killing at least ten kuffar would be a successful attack.

Ideological Justification and Motivations: Said stated that he was “fed up with this country and forbidden stuff everywhere”, motivating his desire to “raise the word of God” and seek martyrdom. He believed that “ISIS brutality is necessary to enforce Islamic law” and that Islamic governance under ISIS was more just and orderly than Western systems. Initially, he thought ISIS did not represent Islam, but after consuming jihadist propaganda, he came to see ISIS as authentic Islam. He saw the publicity of martyrdom as more significant than the attack itself.

Recruitment and Radicalization: Said actively recruited and trained undercover agents, whom he believed were fellow ISIS supporters. He portrayed his planned attack as a righteous jihad and suggested that the attack video should emphasize targeting military assets to justify the attack in the eyes of sympathetic Muslims.

The Same Story: Community Shock and Denial: Once again, it’s the same story: the community is stunned, neighbors express disbelief, and no one saw it coming. In Melvindale, Michigan, where Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said lived, residents were shocked to learn that someone from their peaceful neighborhood had been plotting a mass-casualty attack on behalf of ISIS. According to a report from Fox 2 Detroit, neighbors described Said as quiet and unassuming, completely blindsiding the community when news broke of his foiled terror plot.

But this reaction is not unique; it has become a familiar pattern. Time and again, the same narrative plays out: an individual commits or plans an act of terror, and those around him insist they never suspected a thing. While communities struggle to reconcile this shock, one undeniable truth remains consistent: the motivation behind these acts is rooted not in personal grievance or random violence but in unwavering religious conviction.

Islamic terrorists, regardless of their location or background, consistently credit their faith as the driving force behind their actions. Islam is not hijacked by extremists, it is what directly inspires them. This reality distinguishes Islamic terrorism from mere criminal activity, making it fundamentally different from other forms of violence.

While many prefer to dismiss this connection or reframe it to suit political narratives, the terrorists themselves are explicit about the religious certainty that compels their actions. From Texas to Michigan, from Europe to the Middle East, the same justification echoes: their acts are done explicitly in the name of Allah and for the cause of Islam and Islamic law. The teachings and early history of Islam that explain this violence are discussed elsewhere, but what remains clear is that as far as Islamic terrorists are concerned, their violent actions are inherently tied to their faith and devotion to spreading Islamic governance.

Operational Tactics and Justification: Said intended to use Islamic symbolism, such as the ISIS flag, but advised keeping it concealed until inside the target building to avoid premature detection. He strategized to ambush soldiers and civilians alike, using Molotov cocktails and armor-piercing rounds. He believed that the use of fire and chaos would force soldiers out into ambush zones. He emphasized the importance of appearing as a U.S. soldier to blend in before attacking.

Coordinated and Deadly: The Attack Day

On May 13, 2025, Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said, dressed in all-black tactical gear, arrived at a designated park near the TACOM facility in Warren, Michigan. The day marked the planned execution of a mass-casualty terror attack orchestrated by Said on behalf of ISIS. Law enforcement officials had been closely monitoring Said’s movements, and undercover agents were present to intercept the unfolding plot. He then launched his drone for final aerial surveillance, meticulously reviewing the main entrance, target building, and escape routes. As Said was finalizing his attack strategy with the undercover operatives, law enforcement moved in and arrested him, thwarting the imminent attack just in time.
Islamic Radicalization Within the Military: A Clear and Present Danger

The case of Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said exposes a troubling reality: Islamic radicalization within the U.S. military. This incident is not an isolated event but part of a broader pattern of extremists using military enlistment as a pathway to combat training and weapons access. Said’s own admission that he joined the Michigan Army National Guard specifically to acquire skills for jihad highlights a significant security gap that must be addressed. We must critically assess whether soldiers who are taught to prioritize Sharia over the U.S. Constitution should be allowed in the military. Allowing individuals with jihadist allegiances to train, arm, and access sensitive military sites is a catastrophic security lapse. The lack of rigorous ideological vetting leaves our armed forces vulnerable to infiltration by those whose loyalty lies with a foreign ideological system rather than the nation they swore to defend.
What Needs to Change?

The case of Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said makes it clear that the U.S. military must take proactive steps to prevent future radicalization and infiltration by extremists. Key policy changes are essential to safeguard military integrity and national security:

Comprehensive Ideological Screening: Implement thorough background checks during recruitment to identify any ties to jihadist movements or extremist ideologies.
Ongoing Monitoring and Vetting: Continuous monitoring of soldiers for signs of radicalization and Islamic terror affiliations.
Counter-Radicalization Training: Educate military personnel to recognize and report signs of jihadist ideology (Islam) among peers.
Immediate Discharge of Suspects: Remove any soldier exhibiting Islamic terror sympathies from active duty to prevent potential attacks.

This incident is a wake-up call. We must stop Islamic infiltration into the military before more lives are endangered. National security cannot be compromised by political correctness. We owe it to every soldier and every American citizen to root out Islamic threats within our ranks and ensure that our armed forces remain loyal to the Constitution, not to foreign ideologies.

ISIS’s most aggressive branches, including ISIS-Khorasan (ISIS-K), and its entrepreneurial plotters will continue
to seek to attack the West, including the United States, via online outreach and propaganda aimed at directing,
enabling, or inspiring attacks, and could exploit vulnerable travel routes. ISIS has suffered major setbacks and is
incapable of holding ground in Iraq and Syria. In recent years, ISIS saw the U.S. defeat of its physical
caliphate in 2019, the loss of three overall leaders in 2022, 2023, and 2025, and renewed counter-terrorism
efforts this year removing leaders driving global operations. Nevertheless, ISIS remains the world’s largest
Islamic terrorist organization, has sought to gain momentum from high-profile attacks, and continues to rely
on its most capable branches and globally dispersed leadership to weather degradation.
The New Year’s Day attacker in New Orleans was influenced by ISIS propaganda, and separately, an
Afghan national was arrested in October for planning an election day attack in the name of ISIS,

• ISIS will seek to exploit the end of the Assad regime in Syria to reconstitute its attack capabilities,

Video: US airstrikes against ISIS terrorists revealed in new footage shared by Trump

President Donald Trump shared a video on Monday of U.S. military precision airstrikes against an ISIS “Attack Planner” and other terrorists in Somalia.

The video Trump shared Monday on X, formerly Twitter, shows unclassified footage of U.S. airstrikes that were conducted on Saturday against “ISIS targets” in Somalia.

https://x.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1886453721871319097

In a Saturday post on social media, Trump tweeted, “This morning I ordered precision Military air strikes on the Senior ISIS Attack Planner and other terrorists he recruited and led in Somalia. These killers, who we found hiding in caves, threatened the United States and our Allies.”

Trump explained that the precision airstrikes “killed many terrorists” and “destroyed the caves they live in” without harming any civilians.

“Our Military has targeted this ISIS Attack Planner for years, but Biden and his cronies wouldn’t act quickly enough to get the job done. I did!” Trump added. “The message to ISIS and all others who would attack Americans is that ‘WE WILL FIND YOU, AND WE WILL KILL YOU!'”

Following Saturday’s airstrikes, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth released a statement confirming that the Pentagon had authorized U.S. Africa Command to execute “coordinated airstrikes” against “ISIS-Somalia operatives” located in the Golis mountains at the president’s direction and in coordination with Somalia’s government.

“Our initial assessment is that multiple operatives were killed in the airstrikes and no civilians were harmed,” Hegseth said. “This action further degrades ISIS’s ability to plot and conduct terrorist attacks threatening U.S. citizens, our partners, and innocent civilians and sends a clear signal that the United States always stands ready to find and eliminate terrorists who threaten the United States and our allies, even as we conduct robust border-protection and many other operations under President Trump’s leadership.”

Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud also released a statement on X following the airstrikes. In his statement, Mohamud thanked the United States for its “unwavering support” in the “shared fight against terrorism.” Somali’s president noted that Trump’s “bold and decisive leadership” in counterterrorism is “highly valued and welcomed in Somalia.”

Mohamud added, “Terrorism will neither find friends, nor any place to call home, in Puntland state and entire Somalia.”

Fox News reported that Saturday’s airstrikes against ISIS and other terrorists in Somalia came just a month after an ISIS-inspired terrorist killed 14 individuals and injured dozens of other victims after crashing a truck into a crowd of people in New Orleans on New Year’s Eve.

20Dec2024

US Airstrike Eliminates Islamic State Leader Abu Yusif in Syria.

The United States military has announced the killing of Islamic State leader Abu Yusif, who was also known as Mahmud, in Syria. According to U.S. Central Command (Centcom), the airstrike was conducted in an area that, prior to the recent political changes, was under the control of Bashar al-Assad’s government and Russian forces.

Centcom Commander General Michael Erik Kurilla confirmed the strike and emphasized the United States’ ongoing commitment to prevent the resurgence of ISIS in Syria, especially in light of the volatile situation in the region. However, Syria’s new leader is an al-Qaeda terrorist formerly allied with Islamic State’s late caliph.

General Kurilla said that the U.S., in cooperation with regional allies and partners, remains vigilant against ISIS attempts to reestablish itself. He highlighted concerns about the group’s ambitions to free over 8,000 of its operatives currently detained in Syrian facilities. Some of these are in the Rojava territory controlled by U.S.-backed Kurds—whom the Turkish military is now poised to destroy.

The Islamic State once claimed vast territories in Syria and Iraq. At its height in 2015, the group ruled over approximately 12 million people, enforcing strict Islamic law and engaging in extensive violence against minority groups. President Donald J. Trump oversaw the destruction of this physical caliphate by 2015, however.

Despite this loss of territory, ISIS has continued guerrilla activities in Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan, and has also maintained affiliates in Africa.

US Installs Jihadis In Syria (ISIS), Bombs ISIS In Syria

CDM has covered extensively in the past weeks the installation by Western intelligence forces, likely aided by the Israelis, of Sunni jihadis elements, otherwise known as the 'moderate Syrian rebels', into power in Syria.

We wrote recently of the 'rebranding' of a former al-Qaida terrorist as the new leader of Syria, even going so far as to change his name, who is obviously being handled by intelligence factions.

The Former al-Qaida Leader Of Syria Changes His Name And Recreates Himself

We wrote of jihadis parading ISIS flags as they conquered towns in former Assad-controlled regions.

Syrian 'Moderate Rebels' Begin Ethnic Cleansing, Enter Homs Flying ISIS Flag

However, it seems some jihadi rebels in Syria are not so moderate, and deserve to be bombed by American assets.

US Central Command carried out precision airstrikes against ISIS camps and operatives in Syria on December 16, killing 12 ISIS terrorists, read a recent headline.

The strikes against ISIS leaders, operatives, and camps were carried out as part of the ongoing mission to disrupt, harm, and defeat ISIS, prevent the organization from carrying out external attacks, and ensure that ISIS does not take advantage of opportunities to regroup in central Syria.

The latest attacks were carried out in areas controlled by the regime and the Russians, in order to continue to exert pressure on ISIS.

US aircraft attacked a target in northern Syria this evening with RX9 Hellfire missiles, munitions used to ensure the precise elimination of a high-value target. The exact nature of the target is unclear, added reporters in the region this morning.

With all the 'success' American geopolitical strategists have achieved in the Middle East over the last few decades, one can only wonder at the blowback that will be enjoyed after creating a new terrorist-controlled state in Syria, no matter how repressive the Assad regime was.

US strikes dozens of ISIS camps and operatives in Syria amid Assad's downfall

Assad fled Syria on Saturday and was granted asylum by Russia

By Greg Wehner Fox News

Syrian rebels' victory another 'wickedly complex challenge' to national security, expert says

Former CIA Station Chief Dan Hoffman comments on Syrian rebels toppling the Assad regime and larger implications for national security.

The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) conducted dozens of airstrikes on known ISIS camps and operatives in central Syria on Sunday to prevent the terrorist organization from taking advantage of the demise of Syrian dictator Bashar Assad’s regime.

After Assad’s family ruled over Syria for more than 50 years, Assad was forced to flee Syria to Russia, where he was granted asylum, when a coalition of largely radical Islamist groups led a sweeping offensive across Syria and captured the country’s capital city.

CENTCOM announced on Sunday that it has conducted strikes against ISIS leaders, operatives and camps as part of an ongoing mission to "disrupt, degrade and defeat ISIS."

Specifically, CENTCOM is working to prevent the terrorist group from conducting operations to ensure ISIS does not seek to take advantage of the current situation to reconstitute in central Syria.

During the operation, CENTCOM forces struck over 75 targets using U.S. Air Force assets like B-52s, F-15s and A-10s.

Damage assessments are currently underway, CENTCOM said, and there are no indications any civilians were killed in the operations.

ASSAD ARRIVES IN MOSCOW, IS GRANTED ASYLUM BY RUSSIA

CENTCOM also said it, along with regional allies and partners, will continue to carry out operations to hinder ISIS’s operational capabilities during this "dynamic period in Syria."

"There should be no doubt - we will not allow ISIS to reconstitute and take advantage of the current situation in Syria," General Michael Erik Kurilla said. "All organizations in Syria should know that we will hold them accountable if they partner with or support ISIS in any way."

US airstrikes on Syria kill 37 militants affiliated with extremist groups

September 30, 2024

BEIRUT (AP) — Two U.S. airstrikes in Syria killed 37 militants affiliated with the Islamic State group and an al-Qaeda-linked group, the U.S. military said Sunday. It said two of the dead were senior militants.

U.S. Central Command said it struck northwestern Syria on Tuesday, targeting a senior militant from the al-Qaeda-linked Hurras al-Deen group and eight others. They say he was responsible for overseeing military operations.

On Sept. 16, a “large-scale airstrike” on an IS training camp in an undisclosed location in central Syria killed 28 militants, including “at least four Syrian leaders,” Central Command said.

“The airstrike will disrupt ISIS’ capability to conduct operations against U.S. interests, as well as our allies and partners,” the statement read.

There are some 900 U.S. forces in Syria, along with an undisclosed number of contractors, mostly trying to prevent any comeback by the extremist IS group, which swept through Iraq and Syria in 2014, taking control of large swaths of territory.

U.S. forces advise and assist their key allies in northeastern Syria, the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces, located not far from strategic areas where Iran-backed militant groups are present, including a key border crossing with Iraq.

The interview we’ve all been waiting for

Last night, the most engaged voters got what they’ve been waiting for since Vice President Kamala Harris announced she was running to replace President Joe Biden 39 days ago. By dancing around calls to offer firm policy positions and hemming and hawing about when she would sit down for a hard-hitting interview, the Harris campaign raised the stakes for the back-and-forth with CNN’s Dana Bash. ...

Don’t forget about ISIS

Three years ago today, the United States under Biden pulled troops out of Afghanistan — with disastrous results. While the chaos that ensued following the mad scramble to leave primarily benefited the Taliban, they weren’t the only terrorist organization pleased to see U.S. troops forced well over the horizon from their outposts.

In the third part of our Lost Authority series, Defense Reporter Mike Brest took a long look at the resurgence of the Islamic State and its affiliates.

“While the Islamic State holds a fraction of the territory in Iraq and Syria that it controlled at its peak 10 years ago, its network of affiliates in other places, such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, and various parts of Africa, has been able to increase its capabilities, carry out external attacks, and encourage lone actors across the Western world to do the same in their own communities,” Mike wrote.

“The U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, mired by the Abbey Gate bombing on Aug. 26, 2021, left the Taliban in charge, and while they aren’t aligned with ISIS-K, the Taliban have not consistently gone after ISIS-K, thereby allowing it to flourish,” he wrote.

A constant peacekeeping presence in Afghanistan had once pushed ISIS and its outgrowths, such as ISIS-K, deep into the desert and away from key locations for it to continue its quest for domination. But that pressure is gone, and despite America’s superior technology and firepower, it failed to smash ISIS with a full-time force in the region.

Now, relying on “over-the-horizon” methods of monitoring and responding to threats has slowed reaction times and given the Taliban rivals an opportunity to claw their way back to significance.
